My Gift Card Was Not Redeemed

If you made a purchase at a store where you had a gift card for and this was not redeemed, you can make a missed gift card claim by following the steps below:

Claiming via the app: 

  • Navigate to your Cashback Sock and scroll to the bottom of the page
  • Tap "Report missed gift card" 
  • On the next screen, tap "Gift Card"
  • Select the transaction for which you should have received the gift card amount for, then select the correct merchant, then tap continue
  • Your gift card claim will be sent directly to our support team for investigation
