Why Can't I Submit a Claim?

Once your mobile number is verified, you can start claim process and receive instant feedback, why certain cashbacks can't be claimed. Here's a quick guide:

For Autoreward Claims:

  • Transactions from bank accounts not eligible for rewards.
  • Transactions made outside the 3 to 90-day window from the claim date.
  • Transactions made before connecting your bank account, for example retrorewards.
  • Transactions made while your bank account was expired and not yet reconnected.
  • Transactions exceeding autoreward limits.
  • Transactions that have already been claimed or rewarded.

For Online Claims:

  • Transactions made outside the 3 to 30-day window from the claim date.
  • Transactions that have already been claimed or rewarded.
