Creating your Investing Account via Shopbuddies is easy!
- Navigate to your Portfolio and tap the yellow onboarding banner to get started
- Read and consent to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents.
- Input your details including nationality, tax ID, and address. Please keep in mind that all information must be accurate and up to date as we'll ask you to verify it later.
- After inputting your information in the Shopbuddies app, you'll be redirected to your browser to scan your passport or identity card, take a selfie, and a upload a proof of address no older than 3 months.
- We'll check all your documents. This usually takes just a few minutes, but can be up to an hour. Check the app for the status of your onboarding.
- Once your identity has been verified, tap the banner in your portfolio to complete the last step
That's it! Make your first deposit to verify your bank account, and you'll be ready to buy and sell real stocks.
