When a receipt is rejected, there is usually a reason for this. Was the information visible on the receipt? Did you participate in the correct deal? The reason is clarified in the mail you receive directly after.
Luckily you will be able to submit your receipt again!
Tip! Make sure when you send the receipt for your cashback request that the following information is visible:
- Name of the store
- Product + price
- Purchase date + time
- Discount (optionally)
