What happens after my claim is sent?
Firstly, we assess the claim ourselves to ensure it's complete (invoice, order number) and investigate whether we can identify any reasons why your cashback wasn't registered. For instance, this could be due to using a discount code from another website or not adhering to the online store's terms and conditions.
If your claim is valid, we forward it to the online store. For some online stores, this means your cashback is immediately credited to your account, and the store includes your cashback in their approval process. However, for most online stores, this is not the case, and we must wait for a response from the store.
We monitor all claims closely and often send reminders to online stores if we feel it's taking too long.
Rest assured that your claim has our attention, even if you haven't received an update in a while.
How long does it take to resolve my claim?
The time frame for resolution can vary from 1 day to 1 year.
Certain claims can be resolved within a few weeks, while others may remain pending for months before an online store addresses them. Some claims may never be addressed by an online store. This timeline varies from one online store to another. Our ability to resolve claims depends on the cooperation of the online store. Unfortunately, we cannot compel online stores to address claims.
Please rest assured that we make every effort to ultimately provide you with a resolution for your claim.
I cannot claim anymore. Why?
The app disables the ability to claim cashback if you’ve claimed to often to prevent an overload of claims being sent to the webshops. If you did not receive your cashback multiple times, then maybe somethings is wrong with the browser or device settings you’re using. Did you already read our cashback instructions carefully? If you still need help, please reach out to our support team.
What if my claim is rejected?
Unfortunately, nothing can be done. The response we receive from the online store is final, even if you believe it's unjust. While the vast majority of claims are approved, there is still a chance that your claim may be denied.
Therefore, the best approach is to prevent claims whenever possible.
