To redeem a Magic Giftcard, you must have an eligible bank account connected to the app. This account must be:
– your main bank account (the one you use for everyday purchases),
– not connected to another profile in the app,
– and actively used.
The account should reflect your regular day-to-day spending. For example, it should be an account where you receive your salary, pay for groceries, or make frequent daily transactions.
If you connect an account with low activity, very few transactions, or a relatively new account, it may be excluded from rewards. However, you can still connect it to the app to access insights.
