If you have a zombie subscription, we can help you cancel it by sending a cancellation request on your behalf. Here's the process:
- Navigate to "Insights": Go to the "Accounts" section in the app.
- Go to the "Recurring" tab: Here you will see all your subscriptions that occur regularly every week or month.
- Select the subscription: Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Set up a notification: Tap "Notify me when I can cancel," and you'll receive a notification when it's possible.
- Cancellation letter: A cancellation letter will be generated and sent to the company.
Once everything is processed, you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation of your subscription.
