Most of the biggest banks redirect you to their mobile banking app during the connection flow. However, sometimes you might be redirected to the internet banking site, where the connection process might be more difficult. This could depend on your device settings. Here are some tips to check if your bank supports redirection to the mobile app, but you’re still being redirected to the internet banking site:
· Check if you have the latest version of your mobile banking app installed
· Check if you set default browser to Safari for iOS or Chrome for Android
· If you still not redirected to mobile banking app try to Delete history, cache, and cookies for iOS or Clear cache & cookies for Android
