How do I connect my bank account to the app for the first time?

In order to connect your bank account for the first time, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Give permission for our banking partner, BudgetBakers s.r.o., to securely connect your bank account.

  2. Select your bank from the list available in your country. If your bank is located in a different country, just tap the pre-selected country to change it.

  3. Next, you'll be asked to give permission to provide BudgetBakers with view-only access to your bank account. We will never initiate any transactions on your behalf.

  4. After tapping "connect," you'll be redirected to your browser and your bank's website or app. There, you can log in to your bank and authorise the connection.
    If you have multiple accounts with the bank, select which accounts you'd like to use.
    Now, you can connect another bank account.

In general, you should be able to connect with almost every bank available in your country. However, it's possible that your bank may not yet be available to connect. In this case, do not hesitate to reach out and tell us which bank you are using. We will do our best to add it!
