"Rewards disabled" status on your bank account
If you see the label "Rewards disabled" next to one of your connected bank accounts, it means that automatic rewards and gift card redemptions will not be available for that account. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Multiple Connections: The same bank account has been connected more than once. To fix this, remove any duplicate connections.
- Previously Connected Account: The bank account was already linked to another account. This often happens with shared bank accounts—for example, if you and your partner both have an account but connect the same shared bank account, only the person who connected it first will be eligible for rewards.
To ensure eligibility for rewards, each IBAN should be connected to only one account.
