Why didn't I receive an Auto Reward for my transaction?

Eligibility Criteria for Auto Rewards

Auto Rewards are automatically provided for all eligible transactions made both in-store and online. To qualify for an Auto Reward, your transaction must meet the following criteria:

  • The transaction was made with a bank account connected to the app.
  • The purchase was made with a participating merchant. You can find the list of merchants in the "Cashback" section of the app.
  • An Auto Reward has not already been received for this transaction.
  • You had not yet reached your 30-day limit at the time of the transaction. The limit is €5 for the first three months, then €2.50 per 30 days thereafter.
  • The transaction was made no earlier than three months before connecting your bank account.
  • Your account has not been inactive in terms of cashback activity.

If your purchase meets these criteria but you have not received an Auto Reward, you can submit a claim by following the steps outlined in this article. Before claiming a missing Auto Reward, please note that at least three business days must have passed since the transaction, and the payment status must be "Cleared."

You may receive a smaller Auto Reward than expected if you have donations to a fundraiser activated as one of your cashback destinations. In this case, Auto Rewards are evenly distributed among all activated destinations.
