Always take a clear photo of the entire receipt and make sure all the information is visible. This includes the store name, products, amounts, and receipt details such as the date and time. Follow the instructions in the app and place the receipt in the green box.
Tip! Do not cut or fold the receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process receipts that are cut or folded.
