First, check that your friend did the following:
- Downloaded and joined the app using the personal link you sent them from the Tell a Friend page.
- After signing up, your friend has done at least one of the following:
- Connected a bank account.
- Verified their mobile phone number and earned €3 cashback.
Please keep in mind that friends who download the app and sign up through a Spin & Win gift card will not count towards your Tell a Friend program reward.
